Receiving vaccines at Convenience Care Centers
For providers choosing not to administer certain vaccines in their office or clinic, our national network of Convenience Care Clinics provides another alternative to purchasing vaccinations and direct-billing UnitedHealthcare. Many Convenience Care Centers offer the provision and administration of these vaccines, and give members the added convenience of not having to make an appointment. Check with one of the following providers to see if a specific vaccine is available for administration:
- MinuteClinic®
- RediClinic®
- Take Care ClinicSM
- Target®
- The Little Clinic®
If you and your patient decide that a Convenience Care Center would be appropriate, you can find a list of those participating in your member's network at UHCOnline.com. Your patient can search for a center within their network by visiting myuhc.com and clicking on Find a Physician or Facility Search for Hospital or Other Facility > Search for Urgent Care or any other type of Facility > Convenience Care Center.
